Nigerian politician and attorney Olufemi Hakeem Gbajabiamila CFR was born on June 25, 1962. Speaker of the House of Representatives since 2019, Gbajabiamila is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Prior to starting his own law company, Femi Gbaja & Co., he first worked for Bentley Edu & Co. in Lagos. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, the United States, passed the Georgia bar test in 2001 and opened a law practice there. Gbajabiamila represents the Surulere I constituency of Lagos State and was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2003.
