Liz Anjorin Biography
Elizabeth Aishat Anjorin is a Nigerian actress and producer who works primarily in the Yoruba film sector. Anjorin was born in Badagry, Lagos State, a region of southern Nigeria, mainly Yoruba. She enrolled at Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2003 and became a student activist there. She later left to pursue acting after she had earned a BSc. in transport planning and management from the university in 2017. After enrolling in acting classes, she met Idowu Ogungbe and Ahmed Alasari, who supported her career.
Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III is Liz’s dad. Her mother, whose name is unknown, gave birth to her daughter early, and the baby’s father passed just a few months after her birth. Her mother was a devout Muslim, whereas her father was a devoted Christian. Her family was not wealthy. Her mother used to sell food on the streets, so she was motivated to succeed by the fear of going back into poverty.
