Toke Makinwa Biography
On November 3, 1984, Toke Makinwa was born in Lagos State. She studied at Oyo State’s Federal Government Girls’ College. After enrolling at the University of Lagos, Makinwa graduated with a BA in English and Literature.

In a family of four children, she is the second child. The radio queen lost her parents in a fire tragedy when she was eight. Mr. and Mrs. Akinyelure then raised her.
