Born on May 14, 1997, Daniel Benson is a Nigerian Afro-fusion singer, songwriter, and record producer. He goes by the stage name BNXN. Daniel Benson, a singer, was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in the Gbagada district. P-Square, 9ice, and D’Banj were among his earliest musical influences. The young performer chose the name Buju, a nod to his background, which he abbreviated to stand for: Beauty Underneath Just Understood, after quitting school to pursue music full-time.
