Ozuna (Singer) Biography
Juan Carlos Ozuna Rosado, better known as the singer Ozuna, was born in March 1992. His parents were a mother from Puerto Rico and a father from the Dominican Republic. In his teen years, Juan Carlos was very interested in music, and by the age of 12, he had already written his first song. Despite the fact that he was raised in a low-income home and his relatives were unable to provide him with any financial assistance when he first started out in his profession, he had a desire of becoming a musician and was prepared to fight for it.
He received his first smile from fate in 2014. With the label “Golden Family Records,” the young musician earned a recording contract. He started a YouTube channel that year and posted his music videos on it. On the platform, this channel is among the most well-liked. Approximately 22 million people subscribe to it.
When he sang the song “Si No Te Quiere,” which peaked at the top of the Latin American charts, the singer got his big break. Together with DJ Luian, Mambo Kingz, De La Ghetto, and several other musicians in 2016, he co-wrote the song “La Occasion.” The song held its legitimate position on the Hot Latin Songs chart. Collaborations with other accomplished artists like Daddy Yankee and Cardi B have made Ozuna well-known.
Despite being a young man with limited professional experience, he has already produced the multi-platinum song albums “Odisea” and “Aura.” Today, Ozuna is among the most well-known Latin American artists worldwide.
Wife
Taina’s enormous popularity is primarily due to the fact that she is Ozuna’s adored wife. They first lived in the musician’s boyhood home, which belongs to his paternal grandmother Eneida, in Ozuna’s hometown (where she is also from). Before the singer’s amazing stardom, Taina married him. She helped her spouse become successful and continues to stand firmly at his side now.
Concerts
The celebrated reggaeton performer’s career has soared thanks to his several international tours, which have included the 2017 Odisea Tour, the 2017 Odisea World Tour, the 2018 Aura Tour, the 2019 Nibiru Tour, and most recently, the ongoing 2022 Ozutochi USA Tour.
Parents & Family
Father
The reggaeton singer’s father passed away while he was only 2 or 3 years old. He most likely got his appreciation for music from his father, who worked as a dancer for Vico C. Ozuna was nurtured in the home of his paternal grandmother Eneida and his uncle Felix, whom he looks up to as a father. Felix inspired young Juan Carlos to make music his life’s work. At age 12, he handed the youngster his first microphone, which he still uses today as a mascot.
Marrero, Yomary Rosado (Mother)
Yomary didn’t actually raise Juan Carlos because he spent the majority of his youth in the home of his father’s mother. Because of her precarious financial situation, she was unable to support her son Juan Carlos and his two brothers. Ozuna respects and adores her despite this. He wished her a happy birthday and told her that she was the most significant person in his life. The musician hoped she would be well enough to support him in his daily struggles.
Rosado, Jose Ginés (Brother)
Yomary Rosado acknowledged that she is a mother of three in one of her social media posts. So Jose Ginés Rosado is the brother of Latin trap singer Ozuna.
Rosado, Yoidaliz Sarduy (Older Sister)
She is the older sister of a well-known singer who expresses her immense pride in her brother on social media. Currently working in the fashion industry, Sarduy attended the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
Movies
Ozuna is also well-known as an actor. Some of his work includes F9, Tom & Jerry, Qué León, Father of the Bride, Los Leones, El hormiguero 3.0, and Viña del Mar International Song Festival, where he appeared as a musical guest.
