El-rufai Expresses Support For Families Of Slain NSCDC Men

Mallam Nasir El-rufai is the Governor of Kaduna state. He has offered his support to the families of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps officers who died protecting miners and other mining sites.

He made the promise during a meeting with Dr. Ahmed Audi (Commandant General of NSCDC). El-rufai offered his condolences and promised support to the NSCDC in terms of logistical, operational equipment and tools. El-rufai also instructed local government chairmen to build more Corps outposts to make security services more accessible and closer to the people.

The Commandant General of NSCDC thanked Governor for his support. He also promised to invest in training, retraining and assigning security tasks to personnel. El-rufai was also praised for his kindness in remembering the families of the deceased. He promised that the Corps would do all it can to protect the state’s infrastructure and lives. He said that the Governor’s support for building more outposts would facilitate communication, reinforce personnel, and reduce the response time to emergency situations.

The Governor of Kaduna state’s support for the family members of fallen NSCDC officers, and his efforts in improving the Corps’s operations are a sign of his commitment to security and well-being. This investment and support for the NSCDC will improve the capabilities and abilities of its personnel and enable them to perform their security duties better.
