Goodnews!: MTN Collaborates With Apple Music; Offers Nigerian Users 6 Months Free Trial

The world’s largest mobile carrier MTN has teamed with Apple Music, one of the most extensive digital streaming services, to let Nigerian customers use its services without having to worry about how to pay with their naira cards. A partnership between MTN and Apple Music has been officially announced to give Nigerian customers access to its services in the face of card payment difficulties.

Customers of MTN who sign up for the service will have access to Apple Music’s library of more than 100 million songs worldwide. As a result of the arrangement, Apple Music users will receive a six-month free trial courtesy of MTN Nigeria. After the free trial, they can use the platform to stream or download music for N1,000 each month. Both iOS and Android devices can take advantage of this promotion. Customers of MTN can also use their airtime balance to pay for the music streaming service. Customers of the MTN network, both pre-paid and post-paid, can access this.

According to an official announcement, MTN and Apple Music will give Nigerian users a six-month trial period before paying using airtime recharged to their phone numbers. All clients would be eligible for this deal starting April 14, 2023.
