Adekunle Gold Speaks On Attention To Men’s Health

The Nigerian musician Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, better known as Adekunle Gold, has counselled men on the importance of self-care. The “Tio Tequila” crooner on his Twitter page encouraged guys to look after themselves. In his revelation, the father of one noticed there were more grandmothers than grandfathers in the world and advised males to look after themselves better.

Men’s mental health and overall well-being have been hot topics on the internet for a while, particularly in light of the rising number of men who commit suicide as a result of depression and other health issues. Men have been urged to voice their opinions more frequently and to be more conscious of their health. Adekunle Gold asked men to attempt to care for themselves as much as women do while safeguarding their mental health.

He wrote:

“Men take care of yourself. Grandma plenty pass Grandpa for this world.”

His tweet has received reactions from both genders and once again focuses on mental health and general well-being.
