Billie Eilish Reveals Her Forthcoming Third Album Is ‘Almost Done’

Fans of the 21-year-old pop sensation Billie Eilish should be overjoyed to hear that she is almost done with her third album.

Visiting the Tonight Show on Thursday, two days before she makes her comeback to Saturday Night Live, Eilish hinted that she and her brother, producer Finneas, are finishing off their much awaited next record.

She informed host Jimmy Fallon, “We are almost done with this new album we’re working on,” raising her arms to shield herself from the high-pitched shouts that the studio audience let out right away.

“So, at some point, you will know more, but I’m not going to say anymore now,” she went on to add.

The “Bad Guy” singer also made a strong indication about the song she performed on Saturday Night Live over the past weekend, without providing an official confirmation, by gesturing to her hat, which bore the Barbie movie emblem.

Eilish performed “What Was I Made For?” for the soundtrack of the Greta Gerwig project, and it peaked at No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this year. Later in the conversation, the performer talked about how she and her brother Finneas came to be involved with the song “What Was I Made For?” written and recorded for Greta Gerwig’s Barbie character.
