Davido Endorses The Miniseries “She Must Be Obeyed” By Funke Akindele
After sharing his honest comments on Funke Akindele’s mini-series titled She Must Be Obeyed, multiple award-winning musician and performer David Adeleke has voiced his intention to produce a movie or TV series in the near future. In a message on X on Wednesday, October 18, he praised the film as a must-see.
She Must Be Obeyed is a miniseries that premiered on Amazon Prime Video on September 29, 2023. This five-part series stars Nollywood stars such as Funke Akindele, Nancy Isime, Lateef Adedimeji, Akah Nnani, Patience Ozokwor, Mike Ezuronye, Veeiye (former BBNaija star), and Waje, amongst others.
The series, which was produced and directed by Funke Akindele and her estranged husband JJC Skills under Scene One Productions, looks into the lives of three famous music stars: SHE, Tito, and X-cite, who are played by Funke Akindele, Veeiye, and Waje, respectively.
During the same time period, OBO showed his support for BBNaija star Vee in a trending social media post. The DMW chairman made headlines recently after liking a tweet alleging that BBNaija Level Up winner Phyna has largest number of useless fans.
The musician and Phyna got into a back-and-forth over this during which he insisted he did not know her. However, in response to Davido’s post, BBNaija star Vee, a star of the miniseries, gushed about being known to the singer.
