Dua Lipa, who enjoys wearing thin dresses and exposing underwear frequently, toned down her appearance for a night out in London over the weekend. The 27-year-old pop artist was seen in a photo outside the Chiltern Firehouse in a white button-up shirt, pants, and a traditional black shoulder bag.
Even her makeup was understated—all she wore was a soft pink lip and a hint of mascara. The sensational star could never wear a boring look, despite the muted nature of the appearance—at least when compared to Lipa’s history of lingerie-forward style.
With the right accessories, such as a diamond pinky ring, oversized silver earrings, and Maison Margiela’s divisive split-toe Tabi flats—which you may recognize as a slightly modified version of the pair Zendaya recently showed off on her Instagram Story—Lipa was able to take the outfit to Pinterest-worthy heights.
Lipa wore a pair of strappy black shoes that straddle the border between a traditional ballet slipper and a Mary Jane, in contrast to Zendaya’s summery white heels.
