Craig David Readies For ‘Commitment’ UK Arena Tour Scheduled For 2025
Craig David, the renowned UK R&B icon, has announced a new ‘Commitment’ tour featuring 11 shows across 11 cities in the UK, set to take place in February 2024. The tour, which promises to be a celebration of David’s multifaceted talent and chart-topping hits, will be supported by singer Lemar, who is expected to delight fans with his soulful voice and electrifying stage presence.
The tour is expected to kick off on Sunday, February 2, at the First Direct Arena in Leeds before moving on to the Armadillo venue in Glasgow on February 4. Fans in Newcastle, Milton Keynes, Brighton, Cardiff, and Nottingham can also look forward to seeing the two R&B powerhouses perform in their cities.
Craig David has been a leading figure in the UK music scene for over two decades, and his critically acclaimed debut album, ‘Born To Do It’, is widely regarded as a genre-defining record. The album, which features hits such as ‘Fill Me In’ and ‘7 Days’, solidified David’s position as a household name in the UK and beyond. Over the years, Craig David has received numerous accolades, including 14 BRIT Award nominations, four MOBO awards, and three Ivor Novellos. He has also been nominated for two Grammy Awards and has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Sting and Diplo. Tickets for the ‘Commitment’ tour go on sale this Friday, May 3, at 10 am BST. Fans can also take advantage of pre-sale options, which will be available on Wednesday, May 1.
