Megan Thee Stallion Hit With A Harassment Lawsuit From Cameraman

American rapper, Megan Thee Stallion, has herself entangled in another legal struggle after being served with a new lawsuit. According to court filings made by her former cameraman Emilio Garcia, the “Hot Girl Summer” star is accused of fostering a hostile work environment.

But the lawsuit also contains additional shocking allegations. Some have led to close examination of the rapper’s purported behind-the-scenes behavior. But it’s crucial to remember that these are all claims. Additionally, Megan’s attorney has refuted the allegations.

Emilio Garcia is the one who filed the case against Megan Thee Stallion. Until 2023, he worked as her cameraman. In summary, he is claiming that a hostile work environment has been created and that harassment has occurred.  However, a shocking allegation in the lawsuit is that while on vacation in Ibiza, Spain, Megan made him to watch her have sex.

According to reports, this occurred in an SUV following a night out in June 2022. Garcia claims Megan urged him to “never discuss” what he witnessed. Garcia further asserts that the rapper from “HISS” fat- and body-shamed him. He said that Megan had said things like “You don’t need to be eating,” “Spit your food out,” and “Fat bitch.”

Garcia discussed his thoughts over the experience in an interview with NBC News.
