After revealing that she intends to bring her world tour to Nigeria, well-known rapper Nicki Minaj has her fans in Nigeria in a frenzy. This is in response to a Nigerian fan who expressed displeasure over Africa’s omission from the recently revealed tour dates. The “Queen of Rap” said she would consider adding Nigeria to the list if enough fans expressed interest, following criticism from a Nigerian fan about the continent’s exclusion from her previously revealed world tour dates. However, Nigeria will only be on Nicki Minaj’s international tour, the rapper, singer, and songwriter, born in Trinidad and Tobago, announced on Saturday, only if a sufficient number of admirers expressed interest, the Queen of Rap promised.

“Once again, African Barbz bite dust. Oh well,” wrote the fan with the X handle @RamatVictory, sharing screenshots of the tour locations.

In response, the rapper asked followers to register their city so that it may be added to the list of locations for her global tour. She wrote,

“Abeg, sign up where it says (if you don’t see your city) so that when I get to Africa, your city/country will be there.”

The fan was thrilled with Nicki’s response and wrote a comment underneath it.

“Abeg no vex, Nicki, I no go complain again. Oya Naija Barbz, make una go sign up sharp, sharp.”

Nicki Minaj then replied,

“Naija no de carry last.”
