Seyi Vibez’s “NAHAMciaga” Becomes The Most-Streamed Project In Nigeria For The Year’s First Quarter

The performance data for songs, albums, and artists for the first quarter of 2024 has been made available by TurnTable Charts.

Genre-bending Nigerian street-hop sensation, Seyi Vibez made a spectacular start to 2024 as his EP “NAHAMciaga” became the country’s most streamed project during the first quarter of the year.

With a staggering 92.5 million plays on all four main platforms (Apple Music, Audiomack, Spotify, and YouTube), the EP—which was launched as Seyi Vibez’s fourth project of 2023—has become the most streamed project in Nigeria of 2024 to date.

The ‘NAHAMciaga’ EP extends Seyi Vibez’s explosive mainstream run, helped along by the hit single ‘Different Pattern,’ which is the fifth most streamed song of the first quarter, and ‘Cana,’ which comes in at number seven. The singer has also released music videos for both tracks as they racked up more clout.

Speaking of clout, Neo-fuji icon, Asake, gave a shout-out to the hit track, “Different Pattern,” on his Instagram Story, declaring his admiration for the song and Seyi’s creative artistry.

Coming in second place with 80.2 million streams is Shallipopi’s debut album “Presido La Pluto,” while Odumodublvck’s mixtape “Eziokwu” is ranked third with 66 million streams. With 49.9 million streams, Asake’s sophomore album “Work of Art” is ranked #4, and Wizkid’s unexpected EP “S2” completes the top 5 with 47.2 million streams.
