Actor Mike Ezuruonye was born in Nigeria on September 21, 1982. Although he was born in Lagos, Mike is from Uzuakoli in Abia State. He attended the Archbishop Aggey Memorial School in Lagos and the Federal Government College in Wukari, Taraba, before enrolling in Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria, to study accounting.

Before becoming an actor, he was a banker. He has been in several Nollywood productions. His portrayal in the film “The Assassin” earned him a nomination for Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2009 and a nomination for Best Actor at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards.
