Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro vs Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus: Is It Worth the Extra $100?

This review examines two new Xiaomi devices: the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G and the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5G. Both phones include a clear casing, a user handbook, a USB A to USB-C connection, and dual speakers with 3.5mm audio jacks.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G has a 67-watt fast charger, whereas the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5G has a 120-watt fast charger. The phones share a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 1080p. On both devices, the maximum screen brightness is 900 nits.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G is lighter and thinner in comparison to the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5G. Both phones are made of polycarbonate and contain a fingerprint scanner incorporated into the power button. They also have an IR blaster, a microphone hole, and two speakers.
