Afrobeat’s Fast rising Nigerian artist Ayra Starr appears to have had enough of the ongoing arguments and criticisms she has received online regarding her sense of style. This won’t be the first time the actress has faced criticism for her somewhat vulgar flirting outfits. Ayra recently reacted to some Twitter users who criticized her for the attire she recently wore while performing on stage. The Mavin artist responded by calling out the tweeps for having carnal fantasies for her without understanding the difference between “shorts and underwear.”
Ayra Starr, the music diva for the Mavin Record Label, came under fire for how Nigerian female singers sexualize themselves through their attire. And following her recent Twitter response, however, seems to indicate that the singer is tired of being criticized for her racy fashion choices and attacked for howe way she dresses.
Ayra Starr recently became confrontational with several Twitter users on the timeline of a well-known social media influencer over remarks they made regarding the attire she wore while performing on stage at a performance in Athens, Greece. The young female singer first responded sarcastically, pointing out that what some Twitter users mistook for underwear was “matching shorts,” before dropping her two cents.
Ayra wrote in her reply:
“These are literally matching shortssss , but amazing for you ! You’ve seen pant ! Congratulations, you’ve finally achieved something in your life.”
