Burna Boy Shows Off His New $1 Million Diamond Chain
Renowned Afrobeats artist Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, has caused quite a stir on the internet after posting a video showing his most recent iced-out chain. Burna Boy was seen wearing a new diamond necklace when he was spotted going out on the town with American rapper Roddy Ricch.
Reports now claim that Burna’s new jewelry, which he wore while hanging out with the American rapper, is valued at more than one million dollars. Burna Boy was seen being welcomed by Poco Lee in the viral video where the necklace was first seen online. Poco Lee called the singer’s new accessory a “casual life investment.”
This wouldn’t be the first time Burna would be burning a whopping $1M on iced-out pieces. About four months ago, in August, the “City Boys” hit-maker splurged heavy on a neckpiece.
The initials “ODG,” an acronym for “Odogwu,” which means a powerful guy with charisma and prowess, are displayed on the pendant. It took nine months to craft the chain, which was made with great care and attention to detail.
Burna Boy also obtained a custom-made Richard Mille RM-1103 watch, a luxury timepiece that generally costs between $400,000 and $750,000, in addition to the striking $1 million chain. The musician didn’t stop there; she also showed off two unique diamond rings, one of which had a tiny Grammy award set into its sides.
