Burna Boy Purchases A Million-Dollar Collection Of Timepieces

Burna Boy, the popular Nigerian Afro-fusion musician, has reportedly spent millions of naira on an opulent assortment of jewels and wristwatches. The musician was seen testing on his new watches at home with close pals. He just added a Ferrari for hundreds of thousands of dollars to his collection.

In the video that was uploaded on Sunday, January 7, 2024, Burna Boy is seen getting up and donning a series of wristwatches. Upon closer inspection, one discovers a briefcase brimming with multiple wristwatches, indicating the singer’s substantial investment in this assortment.

The video also provides a behind-the-scenes look at his garage, displaying his collection of expensive vehicles, which includes the freshly purchased Ferrari.

More recently, after selling over 200,000 units worldwide, the smash song “City Boy” earned a BPI silver certification, adding another UK certification to the global superstar’s collection.

Produced by MD$ and Ruuben, the song featured a sample from Jeremih’s February 2009 single “Birthday Sex” and was released as one of the main singles from Burna Boy’s Grammy-nominated seventh album, “I Told Them.”

The song was successful commercially due to its catchy lyrics, appealing rhythm, and viral dancing moves. The song reached its highest position of No. 1 on the UK Afrobeats chart and No. 14 on the UK Singles Chart.
