The Denver Nuggets, having clinched their first-ever NBA championship, celebrated this monumental achievement in grand style. Before the commencement of the 2023-24 NBA season against the Los Angeles Lakers, the team took a moment to relish their championship victory. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver presented the players, coaches, and owner Stan Kroenke with intricately designed rings, a collaboration with renowned jewelry makers, Jason of Beverly Hills.

The ring’s design is replete with details that resonate with the team’s journey and legacy. One side showcases the words “World Champions” positioned above the Nuggets’ retro logo, accompanied by Denver’s impressive 53-29 regular-season record. Surrounding the ring’s perimeter are 89 points of red rubies, a tribute to the 89 points the Nuggets’ defense limited their opponents to in the championship-sealing final game against the Miami Heat.

Further adding to the ring’s uniqueness is the inclusion of “5280”, signifying Denver’s altitude above sea level. A lever at the ring’s top allows for a switch between “1967”, marking the franchise’s inception year, and “2023”, the year the Nuggets achieved championship glory.
