Diddy Investigations: Cassie Reportedly Working With Feds
The news of Homeland Security raiding two of Diddy’s mansions as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation sent shockwaves through social media. The Bad Boy Records founder has been embroiled in a legal battle following a series of damning allegations made by his ex, Cassie. In November, she filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and other offences. Shortly after the lawsuit was filed, Cassie and Diddy settled the matter.
However, investigators seem to be seeking more information about the mogul from Cassie. TMZ reports that she has been cooperating with federal officials for weeks, which may have led to the home raids. It’s speculated that Cassie provided the officials with the information that helped them get search warrants for Diddy’s mansions, although this is unconfirmed. Additionally, it’s been reported that some of Diddy’s other accusers have also been in contact with officials regarding his case, although their identities have not been released. It remains unclear what kind of information Cassie allegedly provided to authorities, but it’s believed that it aligns with the allegations she made in her lawsuit.
As of now, Diddy has not been charged with any crimes. However, the investigation is ongoing, and the media is keeping a close eye on the case.
