Indian Actress, Dr. Priya, Dies From A Heart Attack Eight Months Pregnant

The very loved Indian television actress Dr. Priya passed away at the age of 35 from a heart attack while eight months pregnant. The expectant actress allegedly experienced a “sudden” heart collapse at the hospital on October 31, when she was there for a normal examination.

Her co-star, Kishor Satya, with whom she starred in the play Karuthamuthu, broke the news on Instagram, stating that her newborn baby is presently in an intensive care unit at a private hospital after doctors were able to rescue it. Being a doctor by profession, Dr. Priya was among the most adored TV stars in India.

She was employed at the PRS hospital in Thiruvananthapuram, in the southern state of Kerala, according to local media. It has been reported that during her pregnancy, she took a leave of absence from her job to spend more time with her family. She is the third celebrity from India to pass away suddenly in recent times.

Renjusha Menon was another Indian TV personality who recently passed away, having committed suicide at the apartment she lived with her actor husband Manoj. Menon, who died at the young age of 35, was popular for her supporting roles in some Indian films and TV series like “Karyasthan,” “City of God,” “Marykkundoru Kunjaadu,” and “Bombay March.”
