Afrobeat sensation, Kizz Daniel, has launched a new challenge to support his most recent hit, “Showa.” The grand reward has also been pegged at five million naira by the singer. With the release of his most recent song, Showa, Nigerian Afrobeat artist Daniel Anidugbe—better known by his stage name, Kizz Daniel—has started an intriguing competition.
He decided to award a grand total of ₦5 million. The #SHOWACHALLENGE was revealed on the afrobeat phenomenon’s Instagram feed. The well-known musician disclosed that contestants would compete for the title determined by the votes cast by his fans. Digital platforms were ablaze with excitement when Kizz Daniel revealed that the male winner would receive ₦1 million and the female champion would stand to earn ₦4 million.
Additionally, he posted a video of Saga and Modella, two past BBNaija reality TV competitors, acting out the musical challenge. Saga and Modella told a gripping story of love in the video. The stylish outfits that both reality stars wore blended in perfectly with the song.
Kizz Daniel’s recent EP, “Thankz Alot,” features the soulful tune “Showa,” which has been getting significant popularity on a number of streaming outlets. The track is also rapidly climbing the Apple Music Nigeria’s top 100 singles chart.
