Nollywood Actress, Elma Mbadiwe, Gives Birth To Twins
Elma Kenechukwu Mbadiwe, better known as ‘Carmel’ in the Netflix series ‘Far from Home,’ has shared on her Instagram page that she has given birth to lovely twins.
The Nigerian-born actress began her acting career in 2016 with her first film, The Audition. She also starred as Talullah in Unbroken, which catapulted her to fame due to the amount of attention she received from fans. Prior to the announcement, the actress acknowledged her marital status in an interview with the other cast members of Netflix’s Far From Home.
She intimated to her Instagram fans a few days before her delivery that she was expecting twins. As a result, she published an announcement via her official Instagram profile, expressing her excitement at her newly unlocked maternal status.
This news has prompted congratulatory messages and remarks from fans, industry colleagues, and a slew of celebrities, including Hilda Baci, Frodd, and Elozonam, among others. Mbadiwe stated in an interview that she has always wished to be where she is now, adding that her journey to success began some years ago.
Elma, who has a B.Sc. in Mass Communication from The Redeemer’s University and a Diploma in Acting for Screen from the Royal Arts Academy, says acting has always been a dream of hers.
