Sophia Momodu Slammed For Failing To Congratulate Him On The Birth Of His Twins
Afrobeats Superstar Davido and his wife Chioma Adeleke recently welcomed twins, and Sophia Momodu, a Nigerian fashion entrepreneur, was recently criticized online for not joining the chorus of well-wishers in expressing their congratulations.
The couple received a deluge of congratulations from fans and celebrities after the news that Chioma was pregnant with twins went viral last week. Sophia Momodu, Davido’s ex-girlfriend, has caused a stir online because she hasn’t written a congratulations remark.
Sophia was publically reprimanded by Nigerian actor and drama enthusiast Uche Maduagwu for forgetting to post happy messages on social media congratulating Davido and Chioma on the birth of their twins.
Uche brazenly stated that if the roles had been reversed, the OBO crooner would have most certainly rolled out the virtual red carpet of well-wishes had Sophia been the one welcoming twins with her’ soon-to-be spouse.’
He went on to explain that making a celebratory tweet will undoubtedly earn her favor with Davido’s father. If she was hesitant to do so on her own, Uche advised she offer her good wishes through her daughter Imade’s social media page.
Fans who kept enquiring about her relationship with the afrobeat musician received a stern warning from Sophia previously. The warning was given during a recent Instagram live session by Sophia, who had lately intimated that she planned to change her daughter’s last name.
