Nigerian fast-rising rapper, Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, better known by his stage name Odumodublvck, has recently disclosed the unbelievable fee his fellow colleague Tems demands for just one guest verse in a song.
Odumo made this revelation on his verified X page when a fan had inquired if the forthcoming deluxe edition of his mixtape, “Eziokwu” was going to feature a verse from the “Free Mind” crooner. In response, the rapper said that wouldn’t be possible at the moment, stating he didn’t have the required funds to ask her for a verse.
With the naira equivalent running into 400 million and above, this absurd number stunned many social media users, and continues to do so. However, if you’re wondering how or why Tems and Odumodublvck have both their names mentioned in one sentence, both artists were opportune to link in the United Kingdom earlier this week.
In a viral clip posted on social media, Tems and her manager, Muyiwa, met up with the Native Records signee in the studio where he was creating yet another beautiful collaboration with Choc Boy, Blaqbonez. In the footage, both rappers seemed to have had a blast making a new untitled music which played loudly in the background while Tems and Odumodu made small talk.
This rare linkup gave rise to the feature rumors which have now been debunked by Big Kala himself.
