Rapper T.I And Wife Tiny Harris Sued For Sexual Assault And Battery

Numerous accusations of sexual assault against T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, have surfaced in recent years. More than thirty accusations, primarily women but also at least one guy, came forward in 2021 after family associate Sabrina Peterson claimed that T.I. had put a gun to her head in 2009. These accusers said that their spouses had drugged them and abused them physically and sexually. Peterson sued the Harrises for slander when they rejected the claims and implied that Peterson had romantic feelings for Tiny. Nevertheless, she was compelled to pay $96,702 of the Harris family’s legal bills after losing the lawsuit last year. The Harrises also escaped prosecution in 2021 for an event in 2005 because the 10-year statute of limitations had expired.

There are now rumours circulating that a lady is suing the Harrises for allegedly 2005-related sexual violence, assault, carelessness, and false detention. The woman, posing as Jane Doe, was assigned to the Los Angeles Air Force Station after enlisting. According to her claim, the Harrises drove her back to their hotel room after giving her a drugged drink at a nightclub in Los Angeles, where she was rendered unconscious and had an unconsented sex session. The plaintiff said that she brought the action now because of the Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act of California, which provides a one-year window for bringing back allegations that have run out of time. It’s unclear if this is the identical scenario from 2005 in which the Harrises were able to avoid prosecution at the time because of the statute of limitations.
