Reba McEntire Billed To Host The Upcoming 59TH Edition Of The ACM Awards

Entertainment icon Reba McEntire will host the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards on Thursday, May 16 at 8 p.m. EDT/5 p.m. PDT.

The event will be streamed live exclusively for a global audience across 240+ countries and territories on Prime Video from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, according to a statement released by the Academy of Country Music (ACM), Dick Clark Productions (DCP), and Prime Video.

Everyone is welcome to attend the Party of the Year; a Prime membership is not needed to watch in real time. Reba, who has hosted Country Music’s Party of the Year for the greatest number of times (17 times overall), will return to the role of host and deliver a jaw-dropping special performance that includes brand-new songs.

With sixteen ACM Award victories under his belt and nine nominations for the esteemed ACM Entertainer of the Year award—including one in 1994—the legendary performer has an amazing resume. She is the nominee with the most nominations for Female Artist of the Year as well.

On Prime Video, the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch, and Amazon Live, fans can watch the official ACM Red Carpet beginning at 7 p.m. EDT/4 p.m. PDT.
