The 2023 edition of The Headies is getting ready to recognize the noteworthy accomplishments made by Nigerian musicians during the year in review. The Academy has released a lengthy list of performers who will be providing entertainment at the 2023 Headies Awards.

Rema and Asake, two of the most nominated acts for the 2023 edition, are among the mouthwatering lineup’s international Afrobeats heavyweights. The 2023 Headies is slated to take place on September 3, 2023, at the Cobbs Energy Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, and will mark the event’s return to the United States. Through its award, which has since grown to be the highest prize in Nigerian music, the Headies has played a significant role since its founding in 2006 in the chronicling of the advancements made in the Nigerian music business.

Previous Headies Awards have seen amazing events that have gone down in music history and Nigerian pop culture. Each ceremony has brought the soul of Nigerian music to life, from electrifying performances that left audiences in wonder to heartwarming acceptance speeches that shed light on the devotion and love behind the music.
