Soundcity MVP Awards 2023: Full List Of Winners

The Soundcity MVP Awards 2023 was a successful event that celebrated and showcased the finest of African music and artists. Several Nigerian and international artists won awards in various categories, including Asake who won the Best Nigerian Act Male and Tems who won the Best Nigerian Act Female. Burna Boy won the Best African Act award and Kizz Daniel’s “Buga” won the Song of the Year award.

Desperados, Nigeria’s leading tequila-flavored beer, was unveiled as a sponsor of the awards and expressed its commitment to providing Nigerians with access to premium experiences.

The 2023 Soundcity MVP Awards had 15 award categories and featured performances from many African artists. The event was held at the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos, Nigeria and was anchored by South African actress Pearl Thusi. See the full list of winners below:
