Tyga Demands Full Custody Of His Son With Blac Chyna

The “Rack City” rapper is requesting sole custody of his son King Cairo in the newest step in Tyga and Blac Chyna’s ongoing child support dispute. In lieu of joint custody, Tyga prefers Chyna have a “reasonable right of parenting time (visitation) to the party without physical custody,” according to recently filed docs that The Blast received on Monday (October 16).

When it comes to travel, the Last Kings author also wants to “have written permission from the other parent or party, or a court order, to take the children out of the state of California.” The action follows Blac Chyna’s plea for shared custody of King, which she submitted in August to the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Before he could file a lawsuit, Tyga made a public statement in the comments section of The Shade Room’s post on the filing. He obviously did not enjoy the circumstance. Blac Chyna served Pasionaye Nguyen, Tyga’s mother, with documents in September using a process server, claiming she was unable to locate her ex to make the proper delivery.

Substituted service, which involves serving a party through a third party, is permitted in California courts as long as the party conducting the serving can show that they attempted to serve the original party “at least three times,” but were unsuccessful each time.
