Asake Puts On A Spectacular Show At The UNTOLD Dubai Music Fest
Asake, the beloved new school Afrobeats icon, was selected to open the Untold Music Festival in Dubai, and he completely shut it down; Asake style.
Among the biggest music festivals in Europe, the Untold Music Festival is unique. Expo City Dubai has successfully hosted Cop28, and now the large venue is welcoming Untold Dubai, a significant international music festival, for the first time.
Over the course of four days, more than a hundred musicians from both local and international backgrounds—the majority of whom worked in the electronic music genre—performed on four different stages.
After being established as one of the top dance music festivals in central Europe under the Romanian brand, the festival’s global debut marks a noteworthy turning point for Untold. The festival included a broad roster including dance music, hip-hop, Afro-pop, K-pop, and other genres, with approximately 100 performances split across five stages.
From February 15–18, 2024, the event took place. International performers such Bebe Rexha, PSY, Kris Fade, Major Lazer, Ellie Goulding, Tiesto, DJ Bliss, G-Eazy, and others gave amazing performances. Asake also enthralled the crowd with performances of his popular songs, including Sungba, 2:30, and Peace be Unto You.
