BNXN Says He Is Gunning For A Grammy Award And Not The Headies

Daniel Benson, better known as BNXN, a well-known Nigerian artist, has announced his goal to reach a specific level by winning the prestigious Grammy music award. But he also admitted that he aspires to become a legend, saying that he is more interested in the Grammys than the Headies and that he wants to elevate his music to the highest degree.

The gifted singer claimed that he only wants to win the Grammy by singing, and that regardless of whether he succeeds in doing so, he will still be remembered as a legend.

“Nice to get a 2022 Headies Award for Next Rated Artist, but not something I’m really hoping for. I’m going to get a Grammy just doing what I do,” he said. “I’m looking for legendary status. I want to enjoy this and take it to the highest level possible, Grammy or not.”

Bnxn is currently in London filming a Coca-Cola commercial, kicking off a summer that will take him through the next significant reintroduction of his career.

According to Teen Vogue, he’ll release his debut album, “Sincerely, Benson,” this fall, solidifying his place as a global music force — an accomplishment made all the more astounding given that he’s an independent musician.

The Afro-fusion musician has quickly established herself as one of the most famous voices of New Age Afrobeats, with fellow Teen Vogue cover stars Ayra Starr and Victony, as well as artists like as Rema, Bloody Civilian, Omah Lay, and Ckay, who are continually re-defining and shaping the future Afrobeats.
