Just one week after abandoning his Roc Nation Brunch, which has become a Grammy Week ritual, JAY-Z hosted a star-studded Roc Nation Sports Super Bowl party from Las Vegas. The party was held by the wealthy mogul from the Poodle Room of the recently opened Fontainebleu Las Vegas, a high-end hotel.
Big stars from Hov’s music circles were everywhere, including Vic Mensa, Fat Joe, E-40, Jermaine Dupri, Ciara, Queen Latifah, and Memphis Bleek, Jay’s former Roc-A-Fella artist. Billionaires Jack Dorsey and Miachel Rubin attended the party along with sports figures Chris Paul, Dez Bryant, Todd Gurley, Russell Wilson, and Shaun White.
This year’s Roc Nation Brunch, which usually takes place around the weekend of the Grammy Awards, was unexpectedly canceled, so the Super Bowl party looks to be the closest thing we have to the beloved event.
Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Odell Beckham Jr., Quavo, and Lil Uzi Vert were among the guests at Jay’s celebration in Los Angeles, even though it wasn’t a spectacular brunch. Since 2011, the Roc Nation brunch has taken place every year; the Covid-19 epidemic only caused cancellations in 2021 and 2022.
Mark Wahlberg, DJ Khaled, 2 Chainz, Offset, Tyler, the Creator, Swizz Beatz, Pusha T, Kelly Rowland, and Teyana Taylor were among the attendees at last year’s event, which was hosted by JAY-Z and Beyoncé in a private residence in Beverly Hills.
