Joeboy Releases New Project “Body, Soul & Spirit”

Joeboy’s sophomore album, Body & Soul, took listeners on an immersive journey that has been strengthened and extended with the arrival of a brand-new EP titled Body, Soul & Spirit. The EP is a remarkable compilation of five solo tracks showcasing Joeboy’s ongoing pursuit of musical expression and diverse creative abilities. Body, Soul, and Spirit EP features the previously released single ‘Only Gold Can Save Me,’ which was purposefully picked as the project’s lead single to entice listeners to explore the material he has painstakingly created. Joeboy’s commitment to crafting soul-stirring melodies and thought-provoking lyrics is evident in ‘Body, Soul, and Spirit,’ as in his earlier works.

Joeboy, well-known for playing the lover boy in his songs, keeps up this image throughout the EP. His love for romance has always been evident in his songs, and this is no different. But it also shows a more reflective side of Joeboy. Songs that explore his personal story, such as “Only God Can Save Me,” “Enemy,” and “24/7,” provide listeners with an insight into the musician’s introspection. Joeboy enlisted the help of producers Debo, Culture, and BeatsByKO to collaborate on the EP’s production. They add a wide variety of musical aspects to the EP, which improves its overall soundscape.
