Larry Gaaga Has Been Made Vice President And General Manager Of Gamma Africa

Gamma, the firm launched in March with strong financial backing by Larry Jackson, has recently taken efforts to expand its presence in Africa and the Middle East. To strengthen its commitment to these regions, the business has appointed two top executives from the music industry.

Larry Gaaga, a well-known Nigerian composer and recording artist, has been named Africa’s Vice President/General Manager. Simultaneously, Dany Neville, a well-known Arab singer and DJ, has been appointed Vice President of A&R for the Middle East. Gaaga will be headquartered in Lagos, while Neville will be in Dubai.

This development comes three months after MBW revealed that Gamma sought to expand its activities into Africa and the Middle East. Sipho Dlamini, a seasoned music business expert who has joined Gamma as the President for Africa & Middle East, is in charge of overseeing this development.

Naomi Campbell, an internationally famous supermodel and UN Commonwealth Ambassador, is a key figure in Gamma’s growth into Africa. Campbell, who was previously a trusted counselor to Gamma, has been named Special counselor for Africa and the Middle East.

Larry Jackson, an A&R expert and former Apple Global Creative Director, has gathered an amazing group of financial backers for Gamma, including Eldridge Industries, run by Todd Boehly, Apple, and A24.
