Larry Gaaga, 2Baba & Mi Casa Link Up On ‘Bebe’

Larry Gaaga, 2Baba & Mi Casa - Bebe

A collaboration between 2Baba and Larry Gaaga can never be a failure, especially when the South African band Mi Casa is a part of the song. The longtime collaborators’ latest single, “Bebe,” is another strong one and is out now through Def Jam Recordings Africa, Hypertek, and Gaaga Entertainment. A follow-up to their last release, “Mad Over Hills,” which featured Falz and The Kabal, “Bebe” is their first release for 2023 and is led by 2Baba and Larry Gaaga. Sir Duda, aka Sipho Philemon Mphahlaza, is the song’s producer.

Larry has had a great career since the release of his 2019 hit “Low,” featuring the one and only Starboy, Wizkid, showcasing his craft to the world. After that, it’s been one smash hit after the other for Gaaga, like in 2020, when he dropped “Doubting Thomas” with Davido and the indigenous singing group Umu Obiligbo, preceded by “Slow Burner,” which featured Empawa’s smooth singer Joeboy.

He went on to release one of 2021’s hit jams, “Egedege,” featuring heavyweights Phyno, Flavour, and the legendary indigenous singer Theresa Onuorah. Gaaga has also been tasked with the job of producing soundtrack albums for two blockbuster films “Rattlesnake” and “Living In Bondage: Breaking Free,” and he delivered with finesse, just like he did with South Africa’s Mi Casa and the iconic 2Face on “Bebe.” So, go check it out.
