Lil Uzi Vert Finally Sells Mansion For $4.35 Million

Towards the end of last year, rapper Lil Uzi Vert decided to put his California mansion up for sale. The property, which the rapper had initially bought in 2021, was listed for a whopping $6 million, and the quick turnaround could net Uzi a nice profit. However, selling took five months, which couldn’t have been a good sign. Eventually, the property sold for an underwhelming $4.35 million, which must have been a bit of a letdown for the rapper, given that they had bought the mansion for $4.4 million just a few years ago.

Earlier this year, Lil Uzi Vert deactivated their social media without giving an apparent reason, and as a result, they have been reticent since. The rapper had previously promised two new projects last year following the release of Pink Tape, but neither ever materialized. The first was the long-awaited third edition of their LUV Is Rage series, which fans hoped would drop like an extended deluxe edition similar to LUV Vs. The World 2 and Eternal Atake back in 2019. The second album they announced was a tribute to Young Thug, called Barter 16. Despite repeated teases and an album cover where Uzi mirrored a classic Thug cover, neither project was officially released. Fans have been left wondering if they will ever hear these projects or if they are now just lost in the abyss of unreleased music.

Lil Uzi Vert’s absence from social media has kept them away from some of the numerous dramas surrounding their partner, City Girls rapper JT. She has been engaging in a back-and-forth with GloRilla dating back to last week. However, even more shocking to fans was her recent spat with the other member of City Girls, Yung Miami. The pair filled Twitter feeds with their arguments yesterday, and it got so bad that “the girls are fighting” began trending on Twitter. It’s unclear what caused the rift between the two, but fans are curious to know if they can resolve their differences and continue to make music together.
