Metro Boomin And Future Announce Two New Albums OTW

For more than a year, Metro Boomin and Future have been teasing their fans with the possibility of a collaborative album. Due to the frequency at which Metro brought up the project, it became an inside joke among his followers. Some even doubted that the album would ever see the light of day, especially after Metro mentioned losing beats he was working on for the project. However, after a busy 2023, Metro has finally announced the much-awaited Future collaboration.

Metro Boomin took to social media to reveal that the Future collaboration album is titled “We Don’t Trust You.” In addition to this, he also shared promotional material that included two dates: March 22 and April 12. While the dates’ official significance has not been confirmed, fans speculate. Many believe the first date could be the album’s lead single release, with the second being its official release date. With the album’s announcement, fans are excited, and many have high expectations due to the extended hype surrounding the project.

For fans of Metro Boomin, the album announcement comes as a relief following another highly anticipated album that fell through a few weeks ago. Lil Durk and Metro were working on a project together, but at some point, it fell through. Earlier this year, Metro formally announced on Twitter that the project was not coming out. It’s worth noting that Metro frequently collaborates with several hip-hop artists. Just before the Lil Durk project announcement, Young Nudy shared a snippet of a Metro-produced track. While he also made claims about a potential collaboration album, fans aren’t holding their breath, given the uncertainty surrounding its release.
