Rihanna Shares Update On New Music In The Works

It’s always exciting to hear when an artist is working on new music, and Rihanna just confirmed in her recent interview with Interview Magazine that she’s currently creating new music. The conversation was conducted by the publication’s editor-in-chief, Mel Ottenberg, who used to be Rihanna’s stylist. It’s great to see that the two of them are still collaborating in a different capacity. Rihanna mentioned that she’s taking a different approach to the music-making process this time, and we can’t wait to see what she has in store for us.

“I have a lot of visual ideas,”

“It’s weird. My brain is working backward right now. I usually have the music first, and the music leads me into all of these visual opportunities. Now I’m having all of these visuals, and I don’t have the songs for them yet, but maybe that’s the key this time. Maybe the visual ideas are leading me to the songs that I need to make.”

“Random ideas, quirky ideas, things that have nothing to do with me at all. I mean, I can’t tell you. The opps is watching,”

During the interview, Rihanna skillfully tried to switch topics when a question was asked that she did not want to answer. She made a joke, and the interviewer graciously obliged. They then discussed more innocent topics, such as Rihanna’s favourite cities. Rihanna also discussed her relationship with rapper ASAP Rocky. She acknowledged the rumours about their romance but refrained from divulging further details about their relationship. Rihanna also talked about her desire for more children. She said, “I don’t know what God wants, but I would go for more than two. I would try for my girl. But of course, if it’s another boy, it’s another boy.” She also revealed that her son’s first words were “Papa” and “Mama.” The interview covered other topics, including her thoughts on work, her plans for the future, and her upcoming music projects. Overall, the interview allowed fans to better understand why RiRi’s new music was taking its sweet time and her personal life, relationships, and career aspirations.
