The Late AKA’s Rapper Girlfriend, Nadia Nakai, Debuts Her Makeup Line
South African female rapper, Nadia Nakai, is widening her horizons and putting more than just her music career first.
On Wednesday, Nakai had announced that she is officially launching her own makeup line on Wednesday morning. The items, which go by the name “Naked Without,” will hit the online retail store at We Are EGG starting on Friday, December 15.
Soon after the rapper announced her wonderful news, friends, fans, and colleagues in the industry showered her with congratulations in the comments. Dineo Langa, another South African artist and actress was among the first to congratulate Nadia on her significant achievement.
Nadia’s new business endeavor also received praise from other South African A-list celebrities, such as television personality Minnie Dlamini and South African television and radio personality Luthando “Loot Love” Shosha.
Nadia has faced a number of obstacles this year, starting with the untimely murder of her partner, rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, better known by his stage name AKA, who was shot and killed on February 10 outside a restaurant in Durban.
Nadia also revealed in a recent tweet that she has been working hard in the studio on a tribute project for her late partner and wishes she could drop it yesterday!
