Trey Songz Accused Of Assaulting Woman At A Club
On May 21, allegations of abuse were made against several mainstream artists, including Diddy. Additionally, Trey Songz was identified as the offender of a sexual assault that happened in the past but is still unknown. Since the allegation came from a person on social media posing as the victim’s friend, the R&B singer was not officially accused of any crime. An earlier one against the artist spurred the current accusation against Trey Songz. In March 2024, Songz made an appearance on Behind the Likes and was accused of sexually abusing Winter Blanco. The person who first made the accusations did so by quoting Blanco’s interview on Twitter and using it as a springboard for the alleged attack that her friend went through. The user @imdrinaa posted on X (previously Twitter): “I’ll never forget Trey Songz was mad drunk and lit in booby.”
Next, the user alleged that the singer had pushed himself on her buddy (who is not identified). “By flirting with my friend, he violated her sexually. Since she didn’t know him at all, she was in such a frozen mode.” With particulars about what Trey Songz reportedly did, the story took an even more terrifying turn. “There was not even a hint of flirtation. He turned around at random, kissed her, and spit in her mouth to finish the encounter. Her money was on the floor, and she exited the sector because she was humiliated.” The user also mentioned that her companion had a tonsil infection soon after the interaction.
Imdrinaa noted as she wrapped up her remarks that charges were never brought. She wrote, “Never reported it.”
Despite Songz’s reputation leading them to accept it, some X followers were dubious about the incident’s lack of details. Three different women have reportedly come forward to report that the singer sexually assaulted them between 2016 and 2021. Having never been charged, Trey Songz has refuted all of the allegations. The most recent sexual assault investigation by Las Vegas police was closed in April 2022, though they left open the possibility of reopening it if new information became available.
