Mercy Eke Biography
Mercy Eke was born in Imo State, Nigeria, on 29 September 1993. Although the specifics of her degree have yet to be confirmed, she graduated from Imo State University in 2014 after attending Egbu Girls Secondary School in Owerri. It is often said to be in psychology, although others claim it is in business administration.
Mercy has always wanted to be a celebrity in the Nigerian entertainment industry. As a child, she liked acting and dancing. She was honest and educated even though she was raised in a rural community in Imo state. The cultural dance group at Mercy’s school consistently had her as the lead dancer.

Being a human, Mercy Eke has had her fair share of controversy. She was dragged in early 2019 after saying in an interview that she was too busy to watch the BBN show at home. She added that no one could compel her to support or keep an eye on the other residents because she doesn’t know them. Because she is a product of the same show that allowed her to become famous, many people felt her statement to be “Insensitive, funny, and ridiculous.”

Mercy Eke became an influencer and ambassador for several companies after winning Big Brother Naija’s fourth season. She debuted as an actress in the Nollywood film Fate of Alakada in 2020. Mercy Eke and a few other Nigerian comedians have also appeared in comedy skits. Eke won the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award for Best Dressed Female on 14 March 2020.
