Jamie Foxx, born Eric Marlon Bishop on December 13, 1967, is an American actor, comedian, and singer. He won an Academy Award, a BAFTA, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and a Golden Globe Award for his depiction of Ray Charles in the 2004 film “Ray.” He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor the same year for his performance in the crime film “Collateral.”
