Linkin Park Dominates The Billboard Charts With Their New Career-spanning Song Collection

Linkin Park’s first-ever greatest hits album covering their entire career, Papercuts (Singles Collection 2000-2023), this week debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums Chart and the Top Vinyl Albums Chart. It also debuted at No. 2 on the Top Album Sales Chart and at No. 6 in the Billboard 200.

It is the band’s eighth No. 1 on the Top Hard Rock Albums Chart and their eleventh Top 10 entry on the Billboard 200, with over 44K albums consumed overall. Globally, the album is also a huge hit, making it into the Top 10 rankings in several countries, including Japan, the UK, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

They recently debuted “QWERTY (Live in Tokyo, 2006)” as well. The band embarked on an incredible headline tour across Japan in 2006, taking a break from writing their critically acclaimed third album, Minutes To Midnight. They performed “QWERTY,” a fiercely powerful fan favorite, live for the first time during this tour.

Being only its third performance, this tape is very noteworthy. It depicts Linkin Park at their most explosive, unstoppable, and spectacular live, with an abundance of rage and energy. In keeping with the frenzy surrounding Papercuts, the band’s song “Friendly Fire” just shot to the top of the Rock Radio Chart after hitting at No. 1 on the Alternative Radio Chart, marking their 13th No. 1 at that format.
