Despite being from Bamenda, Cameroon, Libianca was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where both her parents lived.
Yet when she was four years old, she relocated to Bamenda with her mother and brother, returning to her parent’s native country. However, her father was forced to remain in the States because he needed to work to support his family.
