21 Savage Unveils His “American Dream” Biopic, Featuring Caleb McLaughlin And Donald Glover

21 Savage has revealed that Donald Glover and Caleb McLaughlin will feature in his autobiography film American Dream. On Sunday, January 7, the rapper revealed the project on Instagram by sharing a possible movie poster with pictures of McLaughlin, Glover, and himself.

Glover and McLaughlin are both pictured with Savage’s iconic face tattoos, though no other information was provided with the picture, suggesting that they will both be playing the rapper in the film.

It is unknown if a big studio or streaming provider is supporting the movie, and neither the writer nor the director have been disclosed. The most prominent highlight of Donald Glover’s career is his writing and starring part in Atlanta. In Solo: A Star Wars Story, he played Lando Calrissian, and he also featured in Community.

He has previously worked with 21 Savage on the Grammy-winning songs “This Is America,” “Monster,” and “12.38” under the rap name Childish Gambino. Playing Lucas Sinclair in Stranger Things, Caleb McLaughlin gained popularity for his breakthrough performance.

Even though Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II employed 21 Savage’s voice and likeness, the rapper is by no means the first to attempt acting and play a part of themselves in a motion picture. Similar to Em and 50, we believe the story of 21 Savage is also fit for a movie.
