BBNaija All-Stars 2023: Cross Wins HOH For Week 8; Picks Only Guys For BFF As Show’s Fans React
The reality show is currently in its eighth week, with a new Head of House having been designated. On the evening of Monday, September 11th, 2023, the show’s remaining contestants assembled in the arena to battle for the prestigious Head of House position for the week. After the BBNaija All Stars show HOH games for the eighth week, Cross was named Head of House after completing a series of challenging games alongside his fellow contestants. As per tradition, he then had to select his closest allies, and he chose to pick male housemates exclusively.
During the first game, the housemates were separated into groups and assigned to position wooden tiles on a slender stand while simultaneously moving a ball across it. The objective was to place the ball inside a basket at the opposite end. Following numerous rounds of the Head of House games, Cross triumphantly became the new HOH for week eight, succeeding Omashola, who held the position in week seven. Footage of the announcement and his co-stars rejoicing in his victory were extensively circulated on social media.
As is customary in BBNaija All-Stars, Cross was instructed to select four of his housemates to share in his HOH victory with him. This includes exclusive access to a lounge and its amenities, among other perks. Interestingly, Cross chose to express his affection for his male housemates by selecting only them as his BFFs. Neo, Whitemoney, Adekunle, and Pere were among those chosen. News of Cross’ first HOH victory quickly spread on social media, with many users commenting on his decision only to pick male housemates for his BFFs.
