Beyoncé, the legendary singer, songwriter, and actress, has made a huge announcement that has her fans buzzing with excitement. She has revealed that her highly anticipated new album, ‘Act II’, will be released on March 29th.

During the Super Bowl, one of the most-watched events on the planet, Beyoncé left her fans in disbelief by appearing in a Verizon commercial. In the ad, she attempted a series of “firsts” to prove she could break the internet provider’s service. At the end of the commercial, she revealed that she was dropping her new music, which sent social media into overdrive. In addition to the album announcement, Beyoncé surprised her fans by releasing two new singles, ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ and ’16 Carriages’. ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ is an upbeat track with a catchy banjo riff that will get listeners dancing. ’16 Carriages’ is a slower, more reflective song that retains Beyoncé’s signature country sound. These two singles have confirmed rumours that Beyoncé might be making a country album, which has thrilled her fans.

The Super Bowl is known for its extravagant halftime shows, and this year was no exception. Usher delivered a mesmerizing performance featuring guest appearances by Alicia Keys, H.E.R., Will.i.am, Lil Jon, and Ludacris. The crowd was also treated to a special acoustic set by Post Malone. Taylor Swift was in attendance, along with Ice Spice, Lana Del Rey, and Blake Lively, who were there to cheer on their favourite teams. Swift was rooting for her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who helped secure a 25-22 victory for the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime, making it their second Super Bowl win.
